Senior Technical Project Manager

Laura Donelan is a technical project manager with experience launching complex Drupal platforms for the travel and hospitality industry. She enjoys improving internal processes, and part of this work has involved architecting Jira with custom workflows, permission schemes, issue types, fields, boards, and time reporting.
In her previous role, she managed large-scale, conversion-focused web builds with Drupal, WordPress, and Webflow. Her largest client was an enterprise-level hospitality company that was rapidly expanding globally with multiple hotel brands. She helped build them a web platform so the website of a new hotel could be launched in a matter of days, fully integrated into a CRM so guests could manage their stays.
Laura lives in Halifax, NS, Canada, with her husband and Yorkie. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, rock climbing, and enjoying the nearby oceanfront hikes.
Laura met her husband while studying abroad in Australia.
