Do your websites meet accessibility standards?

If not, your organization can face some serious consequences. Auditing, testing, and remediation are necessary for ensuring your websites are compliant and accessible to your entire audience.

The audit process

Assessment

We begin by checking your website and CMS environment for adherence to WCAG 2.2 Level A/AA, Section 508, WAI-ARIA, and ATAG 2.0 accessibility standards.

Analysis & Testing

Even the most advanced automated tools aren’t 100% accurate, so we do the work that robots can't. We will manually review all flagged issues from the initial assessment and perform manual tests, including (but not limited to) the following: Screen Reader Testing, Keyboard Testing, Multimedia Testing, Usability Testing, Forms Testing, and Color Contrast Testing.

Remediation

We’ll compile our findings and remediation recommendations, but you won't have to wait until the end of the process to find out the results! You'll meet bi-weekly with your accessibility specialist for status updates and to discuss possible solutions.

Reports & Recommendations

You’ll receive a document with our findings and remediation recommendations, including copies of all reports and testing results. You can share it with your team to implement, or we can take you to the finish line!
