Rate each statement from 1–5 based on how accurately it describes your organization today:
1 Not at all: We haven't addressed this or depend heavily on individuals and manual processes.
2 Somewhat: We've started addressing it, but practices are inconsistent.
3 Established: We have documented processes and standards that are generally followed.
4 Resilient: This is embedded in our platform and operating model, built to withstand disruption.
5 Adaptive: This has held up through real disruption, and we used what we learned to make it stronger.
Don't score based on where you want to be. Score based on what would happen if circumstances changed tomorrow.
