Shannon Hinshaw is Lullabot's Human Resources Manager. She manages departmental processes while leading Lullabot's recruitment efforts, spearheading employee relations, coaching, and professional development. With broad experience managing teams, superb communication skills, and an innate ability for herding cats (really, she has two!), Shannon is the ideal person to help Lullabot's employees thrive. Prior to joining Lullabot, Shannon worked for advertising, media, and technology companies such as DDB Worldwide, Here Media, The Hollywood Reporter, Sí TV, and Four Kitchens. She holds a BA in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is currently finishing her MBA through Colorado State University. Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys fitness, reading, music, and spending time with her partner Beth and their two Burmese cats Zach and Zoe in Austin, TX.
