Simplicity and ease are Rachel Scott’s goals.

While Rachel graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor's in Advertising, she quickly realized she loved the interactive world. She started her career as a project coordinator using waterfall project management practices, then was introduced to the world of agile and scrum. She loves the realistic-ness of agile - that things change and schedules/features need to adjust. She was introduced to Drupal at SXSW in 2008, realized how amazing it was and has been head-over-heels ever since.

Rachel is ScrumMaster Certified- She was ScrumMaster at previous job, and a Project Manager at Lullabot. She spends the day coordinating with clients and development team. Even though she is not a developer, Rachel enjoys tinkering around with Drupal sitebuilding and modules/features.

Rachel was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and when not managing, can be found entertaining Monkey the cat, meditating, or at Laughter Yoga.
