Non-functioning Download tab

Any chance of a solution to this? I'm hoping to download a couple of these to make them watchable.

I solved it by changing my options -- under the Applications tab I changed the mpeg-4 settings (for audio and video) from using the plug in to iTunes. When I did this, it downloaded and began playing in iTunes with no problem.
