Great Job as Always!

Nicely done.
Your pod-casts are improving alone with the pace of the improvements in Drupal.
I was going to release a site using 4.73, but now I've got to look at whether it will work using 5.
Thanks for injecting some more uncertainty into my next week. :-)
Keep it up!

Besides the Drupal 5 overview, I also enjoyed the addition of prominent Drupal sites near the end. Good work...

I can finally theme Drupal!

You forgot to mention how easy it is to theme Drupal. I definitely noticed the difference in the ease of theming Drupal 5. Theming 4.7 was a nightmare! It seems that getting rid of drupal.css made life a bit easier. None-the-less, great work.

Great work...

I agree with the below comments. Just wanted to say thank you for this great stuff. It is a great video to show off to the others. =)

Thanks for the great vid!

Thanks for the great vid! Short, very well done.

Awesome Video

Great video. Drupal kicks ass :).

GD Lib

Jeff,
Have you tried running PHP5 (under 10.4)? If so were you able to get the GD library installed/compiled?

Ciao

MAMP

I use MAMP. Super-easy to set-up and it takes care of making sure that everything is installed in the right places. XAMPP looks promising too, but I don't think it's got any GUI.

MAMP

Jeff,

You are my hero! Thank you!

Cheers

if anyone has found a way to play these on Linux with audio, please post how you did it.

Thanks.

Video BLogging

Hi,

Great video by the way, have just finished installing Drupal 5 and video module. Strangely though when I try and play any video I get nothing and if I try and download, I get Page Not Found. Any thoughts?

Nice screencast!

We added this screencast for drupal new features in our website. I am sure it will get a lot of votes. Very nice screencast and good information inside.

Please feal free to register and vote for it and other screencasts of course!

Excellent video.

The video tutorials

Hi. Great, Very helpful site. I was wondering if Someone could tell me how to go about creating such vidoes, is there a specific program for it?
I'm trying to create a video tour of my website (its not up yet...learning drupal), as an alternative to the flash tours (example:http://intro.sitekreator.com/ ) . So I basically need a walk through the site with voice over, just like you do here.
Also would appreciate any comments on the flash tours, I've been told its fairly easy to compile one but I was also told that flash is on its way out (which I find hard to beleive), Which is the best option?
Thank You
Y.S

onion?

I thought The Onion was a drupal site too...has that changed or did they just get overlooked as a 'prominent site'?
