My favorite aspect of Lullabot’s culture and makeup is how much fun we have when we’re all together. This disparate team of cross functional people from a lot of different disciplines just LOVES being together. Hang out at our annual company retreat and you’ll see proof that our mission and values aren’t just things we thought sounded cool, they’re ingrained in the ethos and community of the company.
