In this episode Addison Berry is joined by [Miro Dietiker](https://drupal.org/user/227761) and [Christophe Galli](https://drupal.org/user/77453) to talk about the [Translation Management (TMGMT) project](http://drupal.org/project/tmgmt). Multilingual sites are complex beasts, and in addition to getting things wired up to allow translation, you also need to get the site translated into the languages you need. TMGMT is a tool that sits on top of the main multilingual modules, like Internationalization (i18n) and Locale, to help you manage the actual translation work that needs to happen, including working with external resources.
