In this episode [Addison Berry](https://www.lullabot.com/who-we-are/addison-berry) and [Joe Shindelar](https://www.lullabot.com/who-we-are/joe-shindelar) chat with [Barry Madore](https://drupal.org/user/49282) and [Tim Erickson](https://drupal.org/user/752364) ([@MrTimTweets](https://twitter.com/MrTimTweets)), who organized the Drupal unconference called the [Twin Cities Drupal Open House](https://groups.drupal.org/node/408028) (TCD'OH). We talk about what an unconference is, why the Twin Cities community decided to host one, and what the process was to make it successful. Unconferences are a great way to get a community together, but they can be more chaotic than helpful. Barry and Tim have lots of good insight into their planning for this event, and what made it different from the very successful and popular annual Twin Cities DrupalCamp.
