In this week's episode, [Addison Berry](https://www.lullabot.com/who-we-are/addison-berry) is joined by Larry Garfield ([Crell](https://www.drupal.org/u/crell)), Greg Dunlap ([heyrocker](https://www.drupal.org/u/heyrocker)), and Gábor Hojsty ([Gábor Hojsty](https://www.drupal.org/u/g%C3%A1bor-hojtsy)) to discuss the ongoing public conversation about Drupal's Community Leadership pains. As we grow as a community, sorting out who is doing what, keeping work moving, and dealing with the social problems of all large groups, gets more and more complicated. This isn't a new conversation, but it has been very present in the community over the last few months, and these three are some of the folks who have been in the public exchange. We sat down and got a little history, an overview, and some good back and forth on the tough issues we face.
