This week Addi is joined by very special guest [Drew McLellan](https://allinthehead.com/), the creator of [24ways.org](https://24ways.org/about/). They describe the site as "the advent calendar for web geeks. For twenty-four days each December we publish a daily dose of web design and development goodness to bring you all a little Christmas cheer." We talk about the kind of articles you can find, and the history behind how the project got started. After we chat about web development trends and sharing knowledge, we move on to discussing Drew's homegrown CMS, Perch.
