We start off by briefly explaining what scrum and agile are, and then dive into the lessons learned about using this methodology in a client/vendor relationship, versus a completely internal product team. We discuss the benefits and challenges, and how Four Kitchens and Lullabot have been approaching this with their clients — including how to sell it to them.
