[Rob Purdie](http://importantprojects.com/about/rob.php) is a freelance project manager who primarily uses the [Scrum method](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrum_(development)) of Agile software development. Rob has project managed some high-profile Drupal sites at social change organizations like [Greenpeace UK](https://www.greenpeace.org.uk/) and [Amnesty International](https://www.amnesty.org/en/), and he talks more about the benefits of the scrum process and why he started the [Drupal for NGOs](http://drupal.org.uk/events/drupal-ngos) meetups.

Rob is on a sabbatical from his [Important Projects](http://importantprojects.com/) company this year as he manages a Drupal project at The Economist, and helps that entire organization adopt scrum.
