[Leisa Reichelt](https://disambiguity.com/) is a freelance user experience consultant who has been working with [Mark Boulton](https://markboulton.co.uk/) on the redesign of Drupal.org and now on the overhaul on the [user experience of Drupal 7.](http://drupal.org/node/418560)

I interviewed Leisa at Drupalcon when they were just getting starting their D7UX research. She talks about the difference between "user experience" and "usability," Drupal.org redesign, their collaborative, crowdsourcing design process, and their strategy for the overhaul of the Drupal 7 user experience.

You can follow their latest progress at: http://d7ux.org
