LA Drupal User Group organizer [Chris Charlton](https://drupal.org/user/17089) talks about some of the [plug-ins that he's written for Adobe's Dreamweaver](https://xtnd.us/dreamweaver) as well as [configuration settings for the Eclipse IDE](https://xtnd.us/eclipse/install). These third-party plug-ins are intended to help streamline the theming workflow with tools that a lot of designers are already familiar with, as well as help set up some configuration settings for the [open source Eclipse IDE.](https://www.eclipse.org/)
