 November 27, 2017

[Comparably](https://www.comparably.com/), a platform that provides company insights and data, named our head Lullabot, Matt Westgate, as one of the top 50 Best CEOs among small to midsize businesses. The list is based on employer ratings submitted anonymously by employees during 2017.

"I am truly honored by this award and wholeheartedly credit my Lullabot team for keeping me inspired, passionate and accountable," says Matt.

Employee reviews are the ultimate indicator of CEO performance and provide job seekers with the most accurate insights into what it's like to work for a company. We Lullabots clearly approve of our leader and feel fortunate to be part of such a great team.
