Dave Cole on Drupal at the White House

Dave Cole worked as the Senior Advisor to the CIO of the Executive Office of the President of the United States, and he talks about his role in helping to bring Drupal to the White House. He reflects on some of the big accomplishments that he was able to make in his time at the White House, which involved helping to contribute code back to the Drupal community. He also talks about how the White House is using Open Atrium as a internal Intranet and communications platform that is a lot more sophisticated than just using e-mail for everything.

Cole has since left the White House to work at Development Seed as the open source product manager working on their mapping technologies and data visualization tools. He talks more about his role at DevSeed, and what types of things that he's going to be working on.
