Mel Brisgone began her digital project management career in 2015 when she was recruited by an enterprise media and technology corporation. Since then, she has led large-scale government, higher education, healthcare, and entertainment development projects across web, mobile, and streaming platforms.

To date, one of the most challenging and rewarding initiatives that Mel has been a part of is a multi-site Drupal platform for patient and caregiver education. Mel owned the content management feature roadmap on this project and acted as the team's subject matter expert for Agile ceremonies. During this project, she had the pleasure of working with Lullabot, which led her to eventually become a Bot herself!

Mel is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), a Certified Product Owner (CPO), and Pragmatic Management Certified (PMC-I). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Delaware Valley University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Mel lives with her husband, son, and two cats in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In addition to building exceptional digital experiences, her passions include musical theatre, animal welfare, culinary arts, and social sciences.

 ## Did you know?
