Iesha Copeland is the Marketing Coordinator for Lullabot. A natural critical thinker with a knack for writing and creating solutions, Iesha found her place in the marketing field early in her career while working as a small business consultant. As a consultant, she helped startups and mid-size businesses acquire necessary funding, develop business and sales strategies, and grow their audiences.

Iesha became more deeply embedded in the field and later developed marketing and advertising initiatives for a small healthcare organization. Along with her hands-on experience, she also learned quite a bit about value messaging, analyzing, and strategizing through formal education. Iesha possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and a Master of Business Administration.

Iesha resides in Michigan with her husband, George, and two energetic sons, Gavin and Grayson. Her current hobbies include weekly spin classes and napping whenever possible.
