David Menken

When we say we need to “run something by legal” that means we’re taking it to David Menken. An attorney at the New York firm Smith Buss & Jacobs, David specializes in representation of companies in the information technology industry.

When not serving as Lullabot’s chief outside counsel, David serves as a volunteer firefighter/EMT with the Bedford Village Fire Dept. In 2012, David was elected as a Bedford Town Justice.
