Ana is an award-winning designer with a creative vision that stems from user needs and sensitivity toward concept, typography, color, and kinetics. As an Associate Design Director at Lullabot, Ana is a collaborative design lead who has played a pivotal role in design projects for organizations including [IBM](https://www.lullabot.com/our-work/ibm-investor-relations), [Georgia Public Broadcasting](https://www.lullabot.com/our-work/georgia-public-broadcasting), and [New Relic](https://www.lullabot.com/our-work/new-relic).

Before joining Lullabot, Ana led the designs of high-profile government websites for the Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives and The National Institutes of Health. And as the Lead Product Designer at The World Bank, she played a pivotal role in designing a large-scale collaboration application to help manage the many World Bank projects worldwide.

Ana’s work for the Brookings Institution was celebrated with the I.D. Annual Design Review Award, and her work on the Peace Corps World Wise Schools site earned a Webby Award. With a design career that spans more than 25 years, Ana has also worked with clients, including National Geographic, Cisco, National Public Radio, and the Washington Post.

Ana holds a BFA from the School of Communication Arts & Design at Virginia Commonwealth University. When she’s not busy designing, Ana loves spending time with her family, gardening, and relaxing with a good book.
