I found you series of three screen casts on Vi/Vim very helpful.

I've been toying with text editors for use with front end web development for a while. and although I've tried loads of text editors including Gvim, Gedit etc I've now become comfortable with Geany.

That said, I've always been curious about Vim, because of it's reputation amongst coders, its huge community and it's cross platform.

So thanks to your videos (Thanks Lullabot), I'm going to spend more time getting acquainted with the basics.
