Fantastic videos guys...

One suggestion though - a slightly smaller sized file. Not because it's too big of a download, but because my little mac cannot keep up with the frame rate. Am actually opening it in iMovie so that I can re-export as a smaller/downsampled file.

Other than that it's just fantastic.

THANK YOU!

This video really helped me out, thank you!

thanks

it helped me a lot.. thanks !!

handy

very handy and clear, thanks.

Just finished installing drupal

I was able to install drupal so easily, all thanks to this video.
It was awesome!!!

Nicely done video

Even though I've installed 4.7 twice now -- just watching it answered a couple of questions for me.

This definitely deserves a link from drupal.org.

Thanks.

Worked like a CHARM for me!

Thanks, that was great. It took me no time to get my new domain registered, with Drupal up and running, thanks to this video.

Of course now I have to add content, modify the theme -- the heavy lifting.

One suggestion? Recommend to people that they NOT user 'drupal' for the database name, user ID, and password. I'm sure most people would know to use something different, but it wouldn't hurt to remind them to use something unique.

Thank you

Thank you for posting this wonderful tutorial! It made installing Drupal extremely easy. I look forward to using Drupal often now.

Thank you!

Thank you for the video - I was stuck, and this really saved me!!!

Awesome!

I really can't underscore the compliments enough - this is very helpful for people new to the CMS / PHP side of web design.

The install is so easy but without this video I would have gotten frustrated and given up long ago!

Thumbs up

This was a very informative tutorial. I am fairly new to programming, I specialize in Design more then the programming element. Tutorials are always the most efficient way to learn because you have to do it yourself. Thanks for the tips and I'm looking forward to your future posts. This file is big for a tutorial at 12 megs but other than that this is very good.
