Drupal Voices 18: Stéphane Corlosquet on the Semantic Web & Drupal
- DrupalVoices018.mp3
Stéphane "scor" Corlosquet is a semantic web researcher, who is trying to resolve the current semantic web chicken and egg paradox: there's not enough RDF data being produced, and so it's difficult to demonstrate what you can do with RDF since there's not enough RDF data.
Stéphane is playing a big part in providing semantic web capabilities within Drupal with the RDF CCK & RDF external vocabulary (EVOC) importer modules. The goal is to make it easier for people to produce semantic web data without having to think about it.
He's also been helping to provide semantic web capabilities in Drupal 7, leading Drupalcon Birds of Feather sessions and organizing a RDF in core code sprint, evangelizing semantic web use cases within Drupal, and is active in a variety of different semantic web projects.

It's about time that
It's about time that somebody around the semantic Drupal group started writing some documentation for their modules - at the moment there is next to nothing
Getting there
I know it's not perfect but we are getting there. The main RDF module has already some nice docs written by Arto at http://ar.to/2009/03/rdfizing-drupal-rss-feeds
There are some pointers also at http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/rdf
