Jeff Miccolis of Development Seed talks about the open data site that they created for the World Bank at http://data.worldbank.org. He talks about some of the modules that they used to create the site such as Features, Context, Views 3, and open source visualization tools like OpenLayers and Flot (which is a jQuery library alternative to Flash).
