Rob Purdie is a freelance project manager who primarily uses the Scrum method of Agile software development. Rob has project managed some high-profile Drupal sites at social change organizations like Greenpeace UK and Amnesty International, and he talks more about the benefits of the scrum process and why he started the Drupal for NGOs meetups.

Rob is on a sabbatical from his Important Projects company this year as he manages a Drupal project at The Economist, and helps that entire organization adopt scrum.

This is very interesting, and speaking on agile web development and Drupal, I would like to add that Victor Kane´s development (http://projectflowandtracker.com/) is a different approach of Agile on Drupal too.
