On August 25th and 26th, in Sankt Augustin, Germany, a very exciting event will be taking place; Germany's first-ever international Drupal conference. It is actually a sub-conference within the larger FrOSCon framework, but with two rooms booked for a dedicated two day Drupal track, you'll be able to get your geek on in the most Drupalicious way.

So far we've got some great speakers lined up. Two core committers, Gerhard Killesreiter and Gábor Hojtsy, will be there, as well as several Summer of Code students. I'll be presenting a talk on advanced Drupal caching strategies which will feature my recent work on the advcache and memcache modules.

We still have slots for several more speakers, so make sure to apply to present before the July 1 deadline. People giving Drupal presentations will have their hotel room paid for by the Drupal Association.

FrOSCon is getting generous support from both Lullabot and the Drupal Association with the intention of making FrOSCon 2007 a great Drupalcon. Hope to see you there!
