Esther Lee is not a Drupal person.
Esther Lee is a Human Resources person, which is good because that’s what she does here at Lullabot! She started working for Lullabot as a contractor on small projects here and there (including helping at DiWD in New Orleans a few times), and has always loved the Lullabot “way”.

Esther was born and raised in Iowa, amidst cyclones and cornstalks. She traded in the cow pies for mountains and moved to Utah to attend Utah Valley State College in 2001. It was there that she worked her way up the ladder at Cirque Lodge Drug Rehab to become the Director of Human Resources & Event Coordination. She oversaw the HR department, kept up with over 65 employees, and also had many other duties (too many to list, and probably boring to read). She enjoyed it immensely and feels she learned as much or more working at this time, than in school. She has had other chances to exercise the skills she learned there in a work environment and loved it every time.

Esther enjoys the challenges of managing Human Resources at a virtual company with 20+ employees spread across North America and Europe — especially when that company is Lullabot.

Esther loves to read, write and ride horses. She lives outside of Las Vegas with her husband and two small children.
