Brenna is a technical project manager with over 15 years of experience delivering digital solutions. Her strengths include crafting communication strategies and developing leadership within the teams she helps manage.
In her previous position, Brenna worked alongside the leadership team to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which improved how her agency ran the business, managed projects, and communicated internally and with their clients. As part of this effort, she collaborated with the company’s design, development, and digital project management teams to craft the agency’s first project management handbook. It defined processes starting with the project handoff from business development to addressing scope creep to ushering clients into a support relationship.
In her free time, you’ll find her playing piano, learning to play guitar, learning how to style hair from YouTube tutorials, and listening to a wide range of podcasts that might or might not be related to her work. She lives in Iowa with her husband, daughter, and cat, Zuzu.
